Twin sisters Anjali and Bhavani, stage named TwinCity, are New York-based recording artists. This upcoming artist duo released their debut EP, Lately, in 2021, and are soon releasing their debut music video for a remix of the track On My Mind (ft. Marko Uno, Rozay R8).
The sisters of TwinCity were born in New York, NY, and are of German and Indian descent. They grew up in Westchester, New York, and completed their B.A. at NYU before embarking on their career as artists.
The twins released their first project, Lately (2021), less than a year into their professional music journey. Inspired by Ariana Grande, the duo makes RnB and Pop genre music.
Initially starting with mellow synths, the song progresses within a few seconds. With the progressive beats, the duo enters into the song with their soulful, euphonious, and confident vocals. The lyrics are flawless and lovely. “On My Mind” touches on RnB tunes and beats with a touch of a Pop sound. “On My Mind” features an excellent genre mix that makes a symphonious and genuine piece of music—outstanding music production for a debut EP, which we would not usually expect from upcoming artists.
