The Zang is a pop-rock band from North of Ireland. The Zang try holding onto a sense of humour even while tackling the darkest of subjects. Their “Drinking With You” got a high range of fanbase. Drinking With You is equal parts a celebration of human connection and the joy of spending time with loved ones, versus the feeling of detachment and loneliness that we are all capable of enduring. The song is not an alcohol endorsement – indeed its tones may suggest this on first listen… but if you dig a little deeper there are other themes to be found at play here, hints that everything isn’t as refined as it seems–yet delivered with tongue in cheek and a never faltering smirk.
They have released many songs, and their songs on Spotify count their streams in the thousands. Those stats are indeed impressive. But what sets “The Zand. “above all others is their music style. they are also really good at what they do.
