Powerful vocals blending depth and relatability guide us into a rock warmth and conceptual vulnerability for this powerful, engaging new single from a great artist Tony Lee King.
TLKs’(Tony Lee King) music mixtures blues, rock, and soul up to movie tunes, and he has created his own sole sound. Lyrics are very personal and encouraged by personal experience and life. He is a script about the meaning of life, love, and the undying search for the truth!
He made his first soundtrack by accident in his twenties. When his wish to record music became too strong, he sold out all the furniture from his apartment. He searched for a music studio in Zagreb, located in Zelengaj, owned by Vladimir Smolec.
Tonys’ first and foremost inspiration was movie music by Ennio Morricone and the Blues. Later on, Tony was captured by Paco De Lucia, Elvis, B.B. King…and many more. The emotion of creating something profound from the bottom of his heart!
Bringing through catching song-writing and indisputably engaging performances from all involved, the sound props back and forth between the full-throttle growl of rock and the more keys-led, shoulder swaying hug of soul. Inject a few instrumental solos and vocal meanderings for a genuinely genuine live feel
Throughout this album, Tony Lee King manages to hold things eclectic enough to keep interested, yet still steadily in tune with his own recognizable grace as a musician and performer. An easy listen and a frankly likable new take on some old loyalties and odes.
