ZON’s new pop single “Nothing More With You,” which seamlessly blends soulful, silky vocals with an edge of musical grit and strength, establishes the artist as one who has a distinct sense of identity and style from the get-go.
ZON, an unorthodox musician, began getting tattoos at 19 and now has approximately 12 tattoos. In 2014, she was welcomed back by Taiwan Metal Orchestra Silent Hell. The main vocalist elected to suspend tattoo industry standards after a half-year of learning to sing. The transition from orchestra to Hardcord and stream was gradual. Tours in Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia are available.
Taiwan Huashan was the International Metal Group’s first team and Asia’s home team. As a result, it was not released until after the 2017 new album and music video was completed. She revived her interest in photography and psychology after two years of silence. Her tattoo music and art studio will be in Tainan by 2021 to create and release singles for bands. ZON‘, a songwriter, has amassed quite a fortune. Humanity’s flaws, and even catastrophic events on the world, all return to “people,” which she intends to reflect on through music.
ZON’s new single marks a noticeable shift in direction, with yet another addicting, fulfilling hook but an underlying aura of melancholy and mellow energy, giving the whole thing purpose and genuinely refreshing quality.
“Nothing More With You” begins with a rapidly introspective first stanza that is both private and vague enough to connect with a broader audience. The song then balances these complexities with a distinctive and pop-kissed melody that resolves and reflects.
The instrumental setup and the simple fusion of parts accentuate these qualities, which properly accompany and enhance ZON’s expressive vocals.
From a songwriting standpoint, the hook has a subtle, non-intrusive ear-worm — the gratifying manner in which the melody and chord progression rolls up and settles here is perfectly well-designed. A classic pop structure and sentiment with catchy visuals are engaging and easily accessible to a wider audience.
