Explosive rock rhythms and chaotic electric guitar deluges unite with progressive song-writing and story-telling combined throughout the powerful song I’m Gone by Immortalizer.
Dave D.R., Stage named Immortalizer, is a multi-instrumentalist recording artist and performer from Ontario, Canada. He released his debut EP on CD and 7” Vinyl in 2016 and on social media in 2020. Dave is currently writing and recording the first full-length album.
When Dave was a kid, he was profoundly inspired by Heavy Metal and Rock pioneers. Some of them are Motorhead, Judas Priest, Saxon, Primal Fear, Iron Maiden, Michael Schenker, Dio, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Helloween, Gamma Ray, Megadeth, Metallica, Whitesnake, Deep Purple Van Halen, Thin Lizzy, and KISS. Dave began as a drummer when he was nine years old, then eventually taught himself to sing, play guitar, bass, and keyboards. In 2020 he started working with legendary Metal singer Ralf Scheepers of Primal Fear to develop his vocal abilities further. Ralf has helped him craft a new vocal sound and mixed and mastered his latest single, “I’m Gone”.
I’m Gone leans back towards the heavy metal with fast-fingers and a striking, memorable leading progression. It is filled with fast-paced guitar tunes and highly energetic drum beats, “I’m Gone” is hard to ignore hard rock gem that a hard rock fan falls in love with.
